The Alabama Commercial Lease Agreement is used to rent commercial properties such as a office , industrial space or any such properties which can be used for carrying out any kind of business in the State of Alabama.

This Commercial Lease (the “Lease”) is made this _______day of_____________________, 20________ between and among the following:

(hereinafter called “Landlord”),

(hereinafter called “Tenant”).

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto hereby agree as follows:

1. LEASED PREMISES.

(a) Description. Landlord does hereby demise and let unto Tenant the following described premises located in the City of
______________________________________, County of _______________, State of Alabama, to with:

other or different use or purpose. Tenant shall not use or occupy the Leased Premises, or permit the Leased Premises to be used or occupied, in
violation of any ordinance, law or regulation of any governmental body, or in any manner which would vitiate or increase the premium charged

2. TERM. The Term of this Lease is for _____________________________ (the “Term”) beginning on the ______________ day of
