The form below is a form that is used for obtaining the import certificate when one wants to import planting material. This form is to be submitted to the office of DIRECTOR OF HORTICULTURE OF THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR GOVERNMENT. This form is to be submitted only in duplicate form to the above-mentioned office.
The details that have to be filled in the form are as follows the name of the growers is to be filled in block letters, the postal address, the details of the land held by the growers you will need to submit documentary evidence in support of the details of land owned. You will also need to provide details of vegetables grown in the last three years along with 30 days of flowers grown in the last three years by the growers. Then you also need to get the details of the value of vegetables and flowers sold in the last three years.
You also need to mentioned to details of seed imports if they have been handled earlier, along with any imports that have been planned now. Then the applicant has to sign the document and provide the date and place where of the document has been signed. This document is only applicable in the State of Jammu and Kashmir, in India.
