Furnish defects and/or required repairs if any, on the lines provided in Damage Disclosure and Warranty section. The seller undertakes no responsibility of payment towards the repairs and/or defects mentioned in these lines.
Enter the mutually agreed price of the vehicle in the box provided for the same. Entering the price in this box provided in the Motor Vehicle Bill of Sale document serves it as a receipt for the payment made by the buyer to the seller of the motor vehicle.
Signatures section of the Motor Vehicle Bill of Sale document has spaces for signatures of the buyer and seller along with the printed names. Mention the date in front of the signature of the buyer and seller in the spaces provided for the same. The concluding portion of the document has space for the acknowledgement by the Notary Public of the State. However, certain states do not require acknowledgement of the Notary Public for the transfer of the aforementioned motor vehicle.
