Pursuant to an order of the Mississippi Forestry Commission, I, Charlie W. Morgan, State
Forester of the Mississippi Forestry Commission, having complied with Section 4065.5,
Mississippi Code of 1942, Recompiled and amendments thereto, do hereby sell and transfer
to
the equipment described below for the sum of $
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
It is expressly understood and agreed herein that the Mississippi Forestry Commission,
Vendor, makes no warranties or representations as to the quality of capabilities of said equip-
ment, and that by this sale the Vendor shall be released from any and all liabilities which
might now or in the future be incurred as a result of said sale.
