The Florida Rental Lease Agreement are to be used only in Florida when renting residential or commercial properties. Some common terms used in the Florida Rental Lease Agreement

“Landlord” : The owner or lessor of a residential or commercial property.

“Tenant” : The individual entitled to occupy a residential or commercial property under a rental agreement.

“Premises” : Refers to the commercial or residential property and the structure of which it is a part and a mobile home lot and the appurtenant facilities and grounds, areas, facilities, and property held out for the use of tenants generally.

“Rent” : The regular payments the tenant has to pay to the landlord for occupancy of the commercial or residential property under the rental agreement and any other payments designated as rent in a written rental agreement.

The Florida Sublease Agreement is to be used by the original tenant when he is renting the apartment he currently has an active lease running to someone else. The sublease agreement can only be made if the original lease agreement has the terms mentioned and the landlord has been asked for the permission. The original tenant has to continue paying the landlord the agreed amount of rent regardless of the sub-lessee pays him on time or not.
