California General Power Of Attorney Form is a legal tool to grant powers to act on behalf of the signing principal on financial matters legal under the law. The power of attorney is revocable upon the issuance of a new one or in the case when the signing principal signs and executes power of attorney revocation to annul the power of attorney.
The principal may choose to appoint a successor attorney-in-fact in addition to appointing the primary attorney-in-fact. The document furthermore declares that the appointed attorney-in-fact must act in line with the betterment of the signing principal. Signatures of two witnesses and/or notarization of the California General Power Of Attorney Form are required; however, notarization before the Notary Public of the state is highly recommended for its legal standing.
Begin by typing the name of signing principal, then street address, name of the city and state, along with the zip code. Section VI requires furnishing the name of the attorney-in-fact under the appointment. Proceed with entering the street address, city, state, and zip code of the attorney-in-fact in the respective spaces. Mention the name of the state to establish the jurisdiction of the General Power Of Attorney Form.
Proceed to section VII to furnish the particulars of successor attorney-in-fact. Fill in the name of the successor attorney-in-fact, street address, city, state, and zip code. Mention the name of the state to establish the jurisdiction of the General Power Of Attorney Form. Appointing the successor attorney-in-fact is optional.
Section XII requires the printed name of the principal, day, the month, and the signature. Section XIII requires the name of the attorney-in-fact, signature, and date in the spaces provided for the same. Furnish the name of successor attorney-in-fact, his/her signature, and date if any appointed.
Succeeding page of General Power Of Attorney Form is reserved for notarization and input by the Notary Public of the State is required. Be sure to fill all the spaces appropriately, as notarization of the General Power Of Attorney Form is of utmost importance. The next portion of the page has space reserved for the acceptance and acknowledgement of the appointment by the attorney-in-fact and the successor attorney-in-fact if any before the Notary Public of the State. The attorney-in-fact and the successor attorney-in-fact must enter their names, dates, and sign in the respective spaces allocated for them in the acceptance of the appointment.
The last page of the General Power Of Attorney Form has space for entering the name of witness 1 and witness 2 followed by their signatures. Completing this section concludes the preparation and execution of the General Power Of Attorney Form in all respects.

GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY FORMI. NOTICE – This legal document grants you (Hereinafter referred to as the
“Principal”) the right to transfer unlimited financial powers to someone else
(Hereinafter referred to as the “Attorney-in-Fact”), unlimited financial powers
are described as: all financial decision making power legal under law. The
Principal’s transfer of financial powers to the Attorney-in-Fact are granted
upon authorization of this agreement, and DO NOT stay in effect in the event
of incapacitation by the Principal (incapacitation is described in Paragraph II).
This agreement does not authorize the Attorney-in-Fact to make medical
decisions for the Principal. The Principal continues to retain every right to all
their financial decision making power and may revoke this General Power of
Attorney Form at anytime. The Principal may include restrictions or requests

the intent of the Attorney-in-Fact to act in the Principal’s wishes put forth, or,
to make financial decisions that fit the Principal’s best interest. All parties
authorizing this agreement must be at least 18 years of age and acting under
no false pressures or outside influences. Upon authorization of this General
Power of Attorney Form, it will revoke any previously valid General Power of
Attorney Form.II. INCAPACITATION – The powers granted to the Attorney-in-Fact by the
Principal in this General Power of Attorney Form DO NOT stay in effect upon
incapacitation by the Principal, incapacitation is describes as: A medical
physician stating verbally or in writing that the Principal can no longer make
